Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at voldash.com, the Voldash application at web.voldash.com (together, the "Site"), and any community channels we operate (including our Discord server), collectively referred to as the "Services."

The Services are operated by NATURALMINDS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in India (CIN: U72200TN2021PTC146546, GSTIN: 33AAHCN8282D1ZF, registered office: No. 121, Kabali Nagar 8th Cross Street, Adhanoor, Guduvanchery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603202), in connection with the volatility analysis product Voldash (the "Product").

By accessing the Site, connecting your broker account, or participating in our Discord server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Nature of the Services

The Services consist of:

  • An informational landing page describing the Product
  • The Voldash application at web.voldash.com, which you access by connecting your own Dhan broker account
  • A voluntary community Discord server

How the Product works. Voldash reads NIFTY option and index market data from Dhan using your own Dhan Data API access and computes volatility analytics in your browser. It is read-only: it does not place, modify, or cancel orders, and it does not access your positions, holdings, or funds.

What you need. You must have your own Dhan account with an active Dhan Data API subscription, which is billed to you by Dhan and is not included in the Services. We are not responsible for Dhan's pricing, availability, rate limits, data accuracy, or any change Dhan makes to its API. If your Dhan access lapses, the Product will stop working.

Availability. The Services are provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Product at our sole discretion, and we do not promise any particular uptime, feature set, or pricing in the future.

4. Not Investment Advice

The Services are informational in nature and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

  • We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or in any similar capacity.
  • Nothing on the Site, in our communications, or in our Discord server should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial instrument.
  • Options trading, including trading based on volatility analysis, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Any analysis, metrics, commentary, educational content, or community discussion is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. You should consult with a SEBI-registered investment adviser and conduct your own research before making any such decisions.

5. Connecting Your Broker Account

To use the Product you connect your own Dhan account through Dhan's partner OAuth flow. By doing so, you agree that:

  • The Dhan account you connect belongs to you, or you are authorised to use it.
  • You will enter your Dhan credentials only on Dhan's own website. We never ask for your Dhan username or password, and you should never enter them on any Voldash page. See our Security page.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Dhan credentials secure and for any activity carried out through your connected account.
  • You may revoke Voldash's access at any time from within your Dhan account.
  • You will comply with Dhan's own terms governing API access and market data.

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Community Conduct (Discord)

Participation in our Discord server is voluntary. When participating, you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect. No harassment, personal attacks, or discriminatory language.
  • Refrain from posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Not use the server to promote unregistered investment schemes, pump-and-dump groups, or solicit others to join external paid "tip" groups.
  • Not impersonate us, other members, or any third party.
  • Not share others' personal information without consent.
  • Not post spam, unsolicited advertising, or links to malicious content.

We reserve the right to remove any content or member from the Discord server at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Voldash name (where applicable) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share publicly available Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial use without written permission.
  • Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt or applicable law.

8. User-Provided Content

If you share ideas, feedback, suggestions, or other content with us — whether through Discord, email, or any other channel — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content to improve the Product and the Services. You represent that any content you share is yours to share and does not infringe on the rights of others.

We are under no obligation to use, respond to, or compensate you for any feedback or suggestions you provide.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any user data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by introducing malware or sending excessive traffic.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any person or organization when using the Services.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information provided will be accurate or current. Any reliance you place on information obtained through the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • Lost profits, data, or goodwill
  • Damages arising from your reliance on any information, analysis, or commentary made available through the Services

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees) or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. As the Services are free at this stage, this amount will typically be ₹1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any trading or investment decision you make, whether or not influenced by content from the Services

13. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post a notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services (including the application and the Discord server) at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including Sections 4 (Not Investment Advice), 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (User-Provided Content), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Indemnification).

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
